Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME is seeking an experienced Trauma Program Manager to lead and advance our trauma services. This role blends clinical leadership, program development, and system-wide collaboration within CMH.

You will coordinate resources, manage the trauma registry data, develop educational programs for staff and the community, and foster a culture of quality and patient safety. The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams across CMH facilities,

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire; maintain.
• ACLS certification required at hire; maintain.
• TNCC required at hire; maintain.
• ENPC or CCRN preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in an acute care hospital.
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to meet regulatory Trauma service requirements.
• Maintain Trauma Registry data and statistics.
• Track patients across pre-hospital to rehab.
• Lead trauma education programs for the institution and community.
• Collaborate with health care teams to deliver quality patient care.
