The ideal candidate will lead policy development, collaborate with various departments, and ensure compliance with regulations. A focus on leadership in trauma patient care, as well as educational initiatives for staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Surgery.
• Three years of clinical experience in emergency/trauma care.
• Two years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of trauma policies and guidelines.
• Implement trauma program procedures for patient care.
• Participate in trauma program marketing activities.
