Bronson Health is seeking a Trauma Program Coordinator (RN BSN) to lead the trauma service line at Bronson Battle Creek/South Campus. You will oversee clinical programs, education, and performance improvement across the continuum of trauma care.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, registry accuracy, research participation, and pathway development in accordance with ACS standards. Leadership and data-driven improvements are key.

Qualifikationen

• Requires RN licensure in good standing and BSN.
• 5 years of clinical nursing in ER or critical care.
• Experience with trauma registries preferred.
• ATCN/TNCC/ABLS preferred; ongoing competency required.
• Course development and lecture presentation skills required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate trauma service line and components for multidisciplinary care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate trauma systems and programs.
• Provide education, research, and performance improvement activities.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and NTDB/MTQIP reporting.
• Represent trauma program on hospital committees and liaise with EMS.
