Qualifications

• BSN required; masters preferred and licensure in Michigan.
• Experience in emergency or critical care settings is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Trauma Service Line and ensure multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Promote optimal trauma care per ACS Level I standards.
• Develop, implement and evaluate clinical systems and programs.
• Lead clinical education, research, and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain trauma registry and coordinate data reporting.
• Collaborate with Trauma Medical Director and System Director.
• Supervise trauma registry data collection and validation.
• Lead data submission to NTDB, MTQIP, and TTQIP databases.
• Represent trauma program on hospital and community committees.
