Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Admin or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Nurse with BSN required for consideration.
• 8–10 years healthcare experience in a clinical setting; 5 years management.
• Trauma program management or trauma director experience.
• Experience with trauma registry software.
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct system-wide trauma service line initiatives.
• Collaborate with care delivery sites, regional admin, management teams and medical staff.
• Develop and monitor strategic plans; ensure budget alignment and growth.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and continuous compliance for the service line.
• Improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction through leadership.
