Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to manage a designated territory, provide operating room support, and act as the product expert for Stryker Trauma solutions in the Fairfax area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in clinical healthcare or sales.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide in-person clinical and technical support during orthopedic trauma procedures in OR and emergency settings.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Respond to customer requests and case support needs, including urgent after-hours trauma procedures.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and educational programs to support adoption.
• Manage inventory, consignment assets, and surgical instrument sets for readiness.
• Monitor account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance for growth opportunities.
• Document sales activities and compliance in line with company policies.
