Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate in Massachusetts with a robust training program in Trauma products and sales methods. You will work under a Trauma Sales Representative, gaining hands-on OR exposure and building expert knowledge in orthopedic surgical needs.

The role emphasizes client service, account management, and reliability on call many nights and weekends. You will receive best-in-class training, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to improving patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Support sales of Stryker Trauma products under supervision.
• Gain exposure to Trauma team culture and training in portfolio and sales methodology.
• Prepare in‑the‑OR training and become an expert on orthopedic surgical needs.
• On‑call most nights and weekends to support trauma cases.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification

High School Diploma + 4+ years experience

4+ years of active duty military service
