Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate in Hartford, CT who will support sales of Trauma products and undergo comprehensive training in our Trauma portfolio and sales methods. You will observe procedures in the operating room to become a trauma product expert and build trusted client relationships.

You will thrive if you are motivated, proactive, and capable of independent learning, with a strong commitment to healthcare and customer service while on-call during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Support sales of Stryker Trauma products to customers.
• Receive best-in-class formal training on Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology.
• Observe surgical procedures in the operating room to gain product expertise.
• Be on-call most nights and weekends to support trauma cases.
