You will build long-term relationships with hospitals, provide product demonstrations, and stay current on competitors’ offerings. Travel about 20% as needed and contribute to a team focused on saving lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Excellent organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willing to attend meetings outside regular hours and adhere to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product training.
• Manage inventory and assist customers during operating/ER consultations.
• Provide product demonstrations and stay informed about competitors.
• Travel up to 20% and participate in sales meetings as required.
