Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare/sales experience, strong relationships with hospitals, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years in healthcare/sales).
• Experience in trauma/ortho sales is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary trauma product expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate on use.
• Develop and execute sales plans to position Stryker products.
• Coordinate with sales team on on-call case coverage needs.
• Maintain product knowledge and training in sales skills.
