Smith+Naphew in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Trauma to support the Trauma Sales team across an assigned territory. You will handle installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and in-service trainings for surgical products.

You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, learn the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation within the territory. Travel 2–4 overnights per month is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years sales experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (ortho sales, EMT/Paramedic, Surgical Tech).
• Proven track record selling at surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members.

Mansioni

• Support Trauma Sales team within assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Demo inventory setup and customer in-service.
• Transport inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases.
• Study technical information and procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio.
• Collaborate with team to meet territory quota.
