Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor.
• Specialized training or experience in trauma-focused therapies.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the psychological impact of personal injuries on clients.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues resulting from personal injuries.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients experiencing heightened distress.
