Job summary

University of Southern California's Telehealth Clinic within the Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Trauma Recovery Center (TRC).

The role reports to the Associate Director of Field Education and Telehealth Operations and requires managing data, coordinating projects, and providing high-level support to leadership, clinical staff, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with combined experience/education.
• Master’s Degree preferred with 3+ years of related work.
• Experience in clinical/telehealth settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research/administrative projects and provide quality control.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and project activities to meet objectives.
• Prepare reports and data analyses for funders and leadership.
• Oversee administrative project personnel as assigned.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases for reporting purposes.
• Lead daily operations and train staff and interns as needed.
