Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. Trauma Recovery Center in Arizona seeks a trauma-informed, bilingual Clinician to provide psychotherapy and outreach for survivors of violent crime.

You will conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and treatment planning while coordinating with case managers and legal partners to ensure access to essential resources. You will deliver culturally responsive, private, ethical care with documentation, home/community visits, and telemedicine options, aiming to support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Licensed with the State of Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners at the entry/associate level.
• Two years post-masters experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma-informed clinical intakes with psychosocial assessment and DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Provide short-term individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with case managers.
• Connect members to community resources and entitlement programs.
• Advocate and liaise with law enforcement and legal entities as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and conduct home/community visits.
