Job summary

The University of Southern California's Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work is seeking a Social Worker to join the Trauma Recovery Center (TRC). The hybrid position involves providing evidence-based mental health services to victims of crimes and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team on- and off-campus.

Ideal candidates have a Master's in Social Work, 2 years of experience, and licensure or licensure eligibility as an LCSW. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• 2 years minimum experience; combined education/experience may substitute for minimum experience.
• Licensed or license eligible as Social Worker (LCSW preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple and family assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and external systems to coordinate care.
• Maintain confidential client records and document progress and outcomes.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide outreach and education to university faculty, staff and community partners.
