Qualifications

• Current RN license: BSN required.
• TNCC Instructor certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire).
• Nursing certification (or obtain within 1 year of hire).
• Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma/critical care nursing in the Emergency Department.
• Lead TNCC course and act as course director.
• Coordinate trauma education programs with the Trauma Program Medical Director.
• Develop and implement a quality trauma program and trauma registry.
