Qualifications

• Current RN license: BSN required.
• TNCC Instructor certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Nursing certification preferred.
• Mandatory Reporter Training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to mission and conduct standards to ensure ethical care.
• Provides trauma and ED care and coordinates with EMS and hospital staff.
• Develops trauma education programs and quality improvement plans.
• Teaches TNCC and acts as course director.
• Assists in ED operations and patient flow.
• Maintains trauma registry and participates in performance improvement.
