Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Trauma Program Manager to coordinate Trauma Services leadership, ensure program quality, and support ACS verification processes. • MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Active RN license with current credentials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Trauma Services leadership to improve program quality and consistency.
• Monitor trauma program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage traumaPI/PS data in trauma registry and other sites per ACS guidelines.
• Schedule and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings to support Level 1 ACS verification.
• Prepare annual PIPS assessments and department/hospital/state reports.
• Act as a patient advocate while monitoring trauma team activities across care phases.
