Job summary

St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator to lead the hospital's trauma performance improvement program.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, collect and analyze data, and benchmark outcomes to meet accreditation standards. The role requires a RN license, BLS/ACLS/TNCC/PALS, a BSN, and at least three years of trauma experience with ACS and QA process familiarity.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certificate current upon hire.
• ACLS certificate current upon hire.
• TNCC certificate within 30 days upon hire.
• PALS certificate current upon hire.
• BSN degree required.
• Experience with Trauma Accreditation Process (ACS) preferred.
• Experience with Quality Improvement Process preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years trauma experience.
• Trauma registration certification within three (3) years of hire (CSTR or CAISS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary trauma performance improvement program.
• Manage data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations and hospital policies.
• Promote teamwork and positive customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Los Angeles County and ACS standards.
