Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Manager of Trauma Program to lead trauma service operations and drive performance improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with leaders, physicians, and staff to enhance patient outcomes and maintain designation requirements.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a nursing degree, and substantial trauma management experience, including TNCC/ATCN credentials and ongoing trauma CE activities.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas with nursing degree.
• 5 years of clinical trauma care experience in hospital setting.
• 3 years of progressive supervisory/management experience.
• TNCC or ATCN certification current or maintained.
• CE requirements: 36 hours trauma CE tri-annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Trauma department.
• Monitor quality of patient care during hospitalization.
• Lead performance improvement projects with unit leadership.
• Collaborate with Trauma Service for case reviews to improve care.
