Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital in Arkansas is seeking an ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a 3x12s schedule (1:00p–1:00a). Join a Level III Trauma Center and Stroke Center team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care 24/7.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in a fast-paced ED with compassionate colleagues. Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in Nursing, current RN license, ER experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state or compact RN license is required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• ER experience preferred and BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living: hygiene, nutrition, mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides education.
• Advocates for patient safety and well-being.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains regular attendance and flexibility to work shifts/units.
