Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, active RN licensure in Georgia.
• BSN from an NLM-accredited school of nursing.
• 3–5 years nursing with 2–3 years in trauma, critical care, or emergency nursing.
• TNCC, PALS or ENPC, and ACLS are preferred or maintained.
• Independent work with guidance from Trauma Medical Director and Trauma Program Director.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the trauma program for ACS verification visits and state surveys.
• Lead trauma services personnel, including registrars, PI coordinators, and outreach staff.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain trauma-specific protocols and guidelines.
• Oversee budget, staffing plans, and operational needs of the trauma program.
