NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is seeking a Program Manager for our Trauma Center to oversee adult and pediatric trauma programs, injury prevention, and the trauma registry. You will work with EMS on process improvement, policy development, and education for physicians, nurses, and Emergency Management System personnel.

Responsibilities include ensuring ACS accreditation standards and coordinating multidisciplinary QI activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare related field required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, development, and evaluation of the trauma program and policies.
• Coordinate ACS trauma verification and designation processes.
• Support staff in problem solving and priority setting for trauma care.
• Manage data collection, quality assurance, and trauma registry activities.
• Coordinate trauma education programs (ATLS, TNCC, ENPC, PHTLS) and CME conferences.
• Promote injury prevention and community outreach; collaborate with EMS and other departments.
• Assist in trauma-related research and budget oversight.
