You will collaborate with the Trauma Program Manager, lead PI/QA activities, and educate hospital staff; strong critical care or emergency nursing background and current California license are required.

Formación

• RN with California license and current ACLS/TNCC within 1 year.
• BSN preferred.
• 4 years of critical care or emergency nursing experience.
• Ability to design forms and write reports; strong computer skills.
• Experience performing PI for trauma program.

Responsabilidades

• Promote performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Trauma Program Manager.
• Provide education to hospital and pre-hospital staff.
• Perform PI/QA activities and data retrieval.
