The role centers on PI processes and requires collaboration with the Trauma Program Manager. The ideal RN holds a California license with ACLS and TNCC within 1 year, 4+ years in critical care or emergency nursing, and strong data/reporting skills

Qualifications

• RN with active California license and current ACLS, TNCC within 1 year of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• Knowledge of PI processes and QA methodologies.
• Pre-hospital experience; 4+ years in critical care or emergency nursing in a trauma setting.
• Ability to write routine reports, design forms, retrieve data, and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote performance improvement across trauma services and hospital staff.
• Provide advanced clinical practice, QA activities, and education to hospital and pre-hospital personnel.
• Collaborate with the Trauma Program Manager and other stakeholders to advance PI initiatives.
