Job summary

Doctors Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator. The RN will advance performance improvement initiatives, lead education, and collaborate with the Trauma Program Manager to enhance trauma care workflows.

The role requires strong PI knowledge, critical care experience, and ability to work with diverse clinical teams to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law.
• AHA BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable by policy.

Responsibilities

• Promote performance improvement across hospital and pre-hospital staff.
• Collaborate with Trauma Program Manager on PI initiatives.
• Provide education and quality improvement guidance for trauma care.
• Perform advanced clinical practice within trauma services.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for PI.
• Coordinate PI activities with multidisciplinary teams.
