Job summary

UCHealth Longs Peak Trauma Serv seeks a Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse to lead data-driven improvements in trauma care quality and safety. This onsite, full-time role integrates with multidisciplinary teams to develop guidelines, evaluate performance, and support regulatory compliance.

Shift: Days; Pay: $40.86-$63.33/hr, depending on experience. The successful candidate will conduct chart reviews, analyze data, and help implement best practices across trauma workflows.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 3 years of nursing experience.
• TNCC or ATCN within 6 months of hire.
• TOPIC course within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements the PIPS program per standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities via chart reviews and observations.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams for program services and initiatives.
• Support Trauma Program through data analysis and guideline adherence.
• May provide direct patient care as needed.
