Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator (RN) to lead quality assessment and improvement efforts for the trauma program. You will identify issues, drive solutions, and collaborate to standardize care with data-driven outcome measures.

Responsibilities include developing indicators, facilitating protocol compliance, and presenting results to hospital leadership. Requires RN in NJ with 5+ years trauma experience; CCRN/TCRN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN is required.
• RN license in New Jersey active without restrictions.
• Experience in trauma or critical care and quality improvement.
• CCRN or TCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trauma Program Director and team on PI initiatives.
• Oversee Trauma PI and Patient Safety program development.
• Develop quality indicators, track complications and outcomes.
• Coordinate with departments for trauma protocol compliance.
• Complete case reviews and analyze factors affecting care.
• Prepare reports and present outcomes for committees.
