As a Trauma Associate Sales Representative, you will support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, demo inventory setup, and customer in‑service. You may also transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales representatives within certain accounts. You will study technical information and surgical procedures related to the Trauma Orthopaedics product portfolio, specialising in solutions for internal and external fixation to restore the function of injured body part(s) quickly and effectively. The territory requires a 24/7 call rotation within the team.
The foundation of your success relies on your technical expertise in the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio as well as your ability to build positive relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel while assisting and training them on the proper use and care of product equipment. You will support the Sales Representative to generate revenue and meet or exceed the territory's quota.
Within the designated sales territory with 2–4 overnights per month. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 USD annually, with potential additional bonus and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
