Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor therapeutic response; document care.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs; ensure comfort.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and medications.
