Bashor Children’s Home is seeking a compassionate House Manager (Unit Manager) to guide a residential care unit and lead a dedicated staff. You will create a safe, trauma-informed, structured environment for youth and oversee daily operations.

You will supervise direct care staff, coordinate routines, and ensure high-quality therapeutic services in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Experience leading residential/youth services teams preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge or willingness to implement trauma-informed practices.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Care Professionals.
• Oversee direct care delivery and ensure youth needs are met (physical, emotional, therapeutic).
• Coordinate routines, activities, transportation, and schedules.
• Build teamwork across shifts and promote positive communication.
