Zusammenfassung

Nexus Family Healing currently seeks a Mental Health Therapist to join the Fargo, ND team on-site at Luther Hall, a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. You will engage families, provide trauma-informed clinical assessment, and guide treatment planning to support youth through discharge planning.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapies, collaborating with families and providers, and leading clinical supervision and team meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling, or clinically related fields
• Active MSW, LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW license

Aufgaben

• Create and drive a trauma-informed environment for youth and families
• Lead development of Individual & Family Guidance Plans
• Coordinate family involvement, intake, and discharge planning
• Conduct CANS assessments and monitor treatment plans
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR) to youth and families
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings
• Support discharge planning and aftercare coordination with families and providers
• Maintain accurate client reports and documentation in a timely manner
