Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is opening a new 14-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility in Eugene, Oregon, and seeks a Mental Health Therapist to manage youth treatment onsite. You will engage in trauma-informed clinical assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for a caseload of 6-12 youth.

The role emphasizes family therapy, collaboration with families and providers, and a holistic care approach aligned with NFX's ICARE values. Full-time onsite with strong benefits.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field and licensure track progress.
Experience in residential or inpatient/outpatient settings preferred.
Licensure or on-track licensure for relevant discipline required.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a trauma-informed treatment culture for youth and families.
Lead family collaborative intake and treatment planning with the care team.
Develop and monitor individual treatment plans with youth, families, and providers.
Coordinate post-discharge care and communication with community partners.
