Job summary

Nexus-PATH in Fargo, ND is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to work on-site at Luther Hall, our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. You will deliver trauma-informed, youth-focused therapy, engage families in treatment planning, and coordinate discharge planning with the team.

The role requires a Master's in a behavioral science field and active licensure (MSW/LCSW/LMFT, etc.). Local travel not required; on-site schedule Mon-Fri with a starting salary of $70,000–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral science field.
• Must possess an active MSW, LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW license.
• Valid driver's license and meeting state driving requirements.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse communities and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a trauma-informed milieu for youth.
• Lead development of Nexus Individual & Family Guidance Plans.
• Participate in Family Collaborative Intake meetings.
• Complete CANS assessments for youth and families.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with families.
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies such as TF-CBT and EMDR.
