Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Mental Health Worker – Group Home in Montana to support a trauma-informed environment and supervise day-to-day group home activities. You will mentor adolescents in treatment and model positive behavior, implementing treatment programming and maintaining safety and well-being at all times.

The role requires 21+ years old, background checks, and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to families and agencies with professional customer service.
• Supervise family visits and phone calls; support treatment procedures in home/community.
