Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance required by the State of Montana.
• Education: High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programming and provide feedback for each child in the group home.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and therapeutic milieu in the treatment unit; supervise youth and teach coping and daily living skills.
• Complete proper treatment documentation on time and in line with YBGR policies.
• Serve as a liaison to families and agencies responsible for youth in the home, supervising visits and phone calls.
• Plan and support therapeutic treatment procedures in home and community activities.
