Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch seeks a Mental Health Worker – Group Home to support a trauma-informed environment and supervise daily group home activities. You will model positive behavior for adolescents, teach coping and daily living skills, and ensure youth safety while maintaining thorough treatment documentation.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programming, liaising with families, supervising visits, and coordinating activities in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programming and provide feedback to each child.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu in the treatment unit.
• Provide constant supervision and teach coping and daily living skills.
• Complete timely treatment documentation per YBGR policies.
• Liaise with families and agencies, delivering professional service.
• Supervise family visits and calls; plan support in home and community.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for overall program needs.
