Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to support youth aged 3–18 and their families in foster care, adoption, or guardianship. You will partner with caregivers and schools to build social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills to promote stability and success.

Role emphasizes individualized support via a small caseload, with training opportunities and benefits listed below. This position is based in Oregon and offers full-time hours and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid and NCI training provided by an agency.
• Fingerprinting and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support to youth in foster care, adoption, or guardianship.
• Coordinate services with caregivers, treatment providers, schools, and community partners to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain a small caseload to ensure individualized support and skill development.
