Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to support youth and families involved in foster care, adoption, or guardianship. You will help children aged 3–18 develop essential social and emotional skills in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience; additional education may substitute for years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided by agency.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification provided by agency.
• Tier 1 Collaborative Problem Solving certification provided by agency.
• Fingerprinting and background checks must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support to youth and families.
• Support youth aged 3–18 to develop social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills.
• Coordinate with caregivers, treatment providers, schools, and community partners to promote positive outcomes.
