Northeast Center for Youth & Families (NCYF) is seeking enthusiastic Residential Counselors to join our Residential Services team in Massachusetts. Full-time schedules are available, and you will work closely with youth in therapeutic group homes to guide them toward success while maintaining professional boundaries.

You will implement treatment plans, lead activities of daily living, and support the trauma-informed care model.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; experience in youth services preferred.
• Trauma-informed care principles should guide interactions with residents.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is preferred and may be provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents in therapeutic group home settings and model daily living routines.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and supporting the program's trauma-informed care philosophy.
