Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an associate degree.
• College coursework plus one year of human services experience required.
• High school diploma or GED/HiSET plus two years of human services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage youth to develop positive, trauma-informed relationships.
• Provide direct supervision, engagement and advocacy with youth.
• Facilitate individual and group instruction for social and life skills.
• Assist youths in achieving treatment plan goals and care across health, education, vocation, and family advocacy.
• Coordinate and participate in creative and therapeutic recreational activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or an associate degree
