Job summary

The Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Cedar Knolls House in the Bronx, a 24-hour residential program serving youth in foster care. You’ll provide clinical and administrative oversight of the Case Planning Team, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in social work or related field, NYS licensure, and at least 2 years in foster care/child welfare, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or closely related field.
• New York State licensure required by agency policy.
• At least 2 years’ experience in foster care, child welfare, residential programming, or related setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ACS/OCFS policies and permanency planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to four Case Planners, including coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee daily case planning operations, caseloads, and staff schedules.
• Monitor staff performance and address concerns with Clinical Director.
• Oversee case planning and permanency services for youth in residential placement and related statuses.
• Ensure timely documentation in CONNECTIONS and MyAvatar; complete supervisory reviews.
