Anchor House, Inc. in Brooklyn seeks a Clinical Supervisor for Part 820 operations. The role oversees day-to-day clinical services, provides weekly supervision to CASACs and staff, and ensures quality treatment planning and documentation.

This on-site leadership position focuses on staff development, regulatory compliance, and coordination with medical and program leadership. Core hours are 9–5, with occasional after-hours on-call; there is no routine counseling caseload.

Competenze

Must hold NYS LMSW license and OASAS CASAC credential (QHP status).
Experience with Part 820 residential services and Medicaid managed care.
Strong supervision and staff development skills required.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation requirements.

Mansioni

Provide weekly clinical supervision to CASACs, CASAC-Ts and other staff; manage individualized training plans.
Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and QHP reviews; ensure timely approvals and compliance.
Lead onboarding and professional development; guide corrective development strategies.
Maintain on-site presence at two residences; participate in the clinical on-call rotation.
Collaborate with Medical Director, Compliance, and program leadership to coordinate care.
