Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is expanding to Eugene, Oregon with a new 14-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility opening this summer. Our therapist will provide clinical oversight, trauma-informed care, and family engagement to support youths' treatment and discharge planning.

The role is full-time onsite at 2675 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Eugene, with a caseload of 6-12 youth and a pay range of $80,000-$90,000 per year, dependent on licensure, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Must be on track to licensure or hold provisional license if not yet fully licensed.
• Residential or intensive treatment setting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trauma-informed treatment culture and environment.
• Develop individual and family treatment plans with youth and families.
• Lead family collaborative intake meetings and coordinate with partners.
• Complete CANS assessments per collaborative principles.
• Monitor treatment progress and discharge planning with the team.
• Lead trauma-informed milieu groups and de-escalation when needed.
• Coordinate aftercare with families and community providers.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.
