Job summary

Nexus Family Healing seeks a Residential Program Manager to oversee a new youth psychiatric residential treatment facility in Eugene, Oregon. You will supervise Milieu Supervisors and clinical staff, ensuring safe, compliant, trauma-informed care and strong family engagement.

Responsibilities include staffing, program planning, risk management, and staff training, with competitive benefits and a path for advancement in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or GED with 5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a community-based program or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or above.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Must complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention exam and training.
• Willingness to support diverse communities and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of residential programming and leadership of staff.
• Maintain staff-to-client ratios, safety, and licensing compliance.
• Plan and schedule daily treatment services, family contact, and activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate program risk and quality improvement.
• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and staff development.
• Ensure confidential client records and timely incident reporting.
• Foster trauma-informed care and effective communication with families.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

High school diploma or GED with 5 years related experience

Minimum of 3 years related experience in a community-based program or similar

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Must be 21 years of age or above

Valid driver’s license
