Job summary

Eagle Quest in Las Vegas, NV is seeking compassionate Youth Engagement Specialists for our CSEC Program. You will mentor youth, help create a safe, structured home, and support growth, independence, and healing in a trauma-informed residential setting.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth or families.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI and Interstate background checks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build positive mentoring relationships with youth in the program.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
• Support youth in developing coping skills, communication skills, and daily living skills.
• Assist with crisis stabilization and emotional support when needed.
• Facilitate and participate in structured activities and life-skills groups.
• Provide transportation for appointments, school, and activities.
• Assist with medication distribution following program procedures.
• Document services and daily interactions for program and Medicaid reporting.
• Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and program staff.
• Support youth with appointments, schedules, and daily routines.
