Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in a Residential setting.
• Must have a clean driver's license.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Bridge Program RAs in resident management.
• Support the social and emotional development of transitioning young adults.
• Meet weekly with interdisciplinary teams to review resident milestones.
• Partner with Youth Program Counselors for pipeline development.
