Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Bridge Program RAs in managing daily community living rules.
• Support the social and emotional development of transitioning young adults.
• Meet weekly with interdisciplinary teams to review resident milestones.
• Partner with Youth Program Counselors to prepare juniors and seniors for independent living.
