Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field; 0–3 years post-master’s clinical/counseling experience.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed principles and creating a safe environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and prepare psycho-social evaluations.
• Provide counseling and support services to youth and families.
• Maintain documentation including notes, assessments, and statistics.
• Advocate for clients in court and staff cases.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in program supervision.
