Job summary

EverForward is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed, youth-centered therapy across residential, foster care, and community settings in Pasco County. The role requires a licensed or license-eligible clinician with strong assessment and documentation skills.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans with families, and coordinate with case managers to ensure safety and permanency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of individual/family therapy with children.
• Experience with foster care populations preferred.
• Trauma-informed care and Medicaid billing familiarity ideal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for each youth.
• Develop and revise individualized treatment plans with the child, family, and treatment team.
• Provide a minimum of one weekly session of individual therapy per client.
• Deliver therapeutic services to birth families and foster families as needed.
• Provide in-home or community-based sessions to support safety and progress.
• Facilitate or participate in supervised visits when clinically indicated.
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case staffings.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation per Medicaid, licensing, and agency timelines.
• Collaborate with case management, caregivers, and outside providers for coordinated care.
• Participate in evening/weekend crisis support rotation.
